Paul is a dedicated, patient and creative Realtor. He has considerable expertise and has always negotiated with honesty and integrity on our behalf. He is also an excellent judge of character and has sound intuition.
Paul has worked with my wife and I on three deals, one of which is still ongoing. We have been in more or less constant contact since the summer of 2020. One of the purchases we made through Paul was particularly complex and took about a year for all the parts to fall in to place. This required Paul going above and beyond to provide background data and information, consult with contractors, and to provide regular updates on changing market conditions and preferences of buyers and sellers. Paul also showed great skills in steering us away from deals that were moving in the wrong direction. For Paul it was not about closing the deal but ensuring that the deal was the right one for us.

In 2012 we made a decision to purchase a home on Salt Spring Island. We did the usual thing to try and gain a better understanding of the Island and the real estate market by using the internet and reviewing available homes. We soon realized we needed serious assistance having selected some properties for viewing. We traveled to Salt Spring Island and started our search by arranging to meet with Paul Zolob of Royal Lepage who would become our agent. This was our best and smartest move!
Over the course of 10 months and two trips to the Island Paul reviewed a large number of properties with us ensuring that we visited all areas on the Island so we would have a complete and thorough understanding of the real estate scene. We contacted Paul because of his extensive knowledge of the island and its communities and his expertise in evaluating a home's 'bones'. He didn't disappoint. Paul took the time to show us properties at both ends of our price range and in all the communities on the island so we could evaluate for ourselves, which were most desirable within our price range.
